From Our First Chat to Your Finished Kitchen
Moving Forward with Confidence
We have developed a clear and carefully structured process to make planning your kitchen straightforward and enjoyable.
Your kitchen progresses through a series of well-defined stages, allowing decisions to be made with confidence and clarity. We do not move forward until you feel comfortable doing so.
Because our kitchens are made to order, we release a limited number of production slots. This allows us to give every project the attention it deserves, ensuring your kitchen is thoughtfully planned, properly made and delivered exactly as expected.
Phase One: Plan Your Project
This first stage establishes the foundations of your project. We do not move into the detail until the layout, style and price feel right for you.
1. Initial Estimate
Request a cost estimate. Share your existing kitchen plan or a quote and we will prepare an estimated cabinetry cost. This helps establish whether the project fits within your budget.
2. View Our Craftsmanship
If you are happy with the estimate visit our showroom to see the quality of our cabinetry for yourself.
3. Deposit & Production Scheduling
Once you are happy to proceed, a 50% deposit secures your place within our production schedule and allows your kitchen to move forward into the detailed design stages.
Phase Two: Refining the Detail
We refine the design and confirm the key decisions that will guide manufacture.
4. Design Refinement
The kitchen design is refined and adjusted as required. If we are responsible for installation, this stage may include further refinements following a measured site survey.
5. Final Checks
Before production begins, all layouts, measurements and key selections are carefully reviewed and confirmed to ensure everything is correct.
Phase Three: Your Kitchen Is Made
Once all details are confirmed, your kitchen moves into production.
6. Production Preparation
A complete production pack is prepared for the workshop, including detailed plans, elevations and cabinet specifications to guide manufacture.
7. Your Kitchen Is Made
Your kitchen is built in our specialist workshop in Vietnam by experienced craftspeople.
Phase Four: Shipping, Arrival & Handover
Once it is built, your kitchen begins its journey to the UK before final delivery.
8. Shipping & Final Balance
Once your kitchen is complete and ready to leave the workshop, we share reference photographs and container tracking details. At this stage the final balance payment is due.
9. Kitchen Arrival
Your kitchen arrives in the UK and is delivered to our warehouse.
10. Delivery & Installation
For We Install projects, delivery is arranged ahead of our installation team arriving.
For Self Install projects, clients arrange collection from our warehouse.
