Deposit & Payments
Standard Payment Structure
Our payment structure reflects the made-to-order nature of our kitchens and the care taken at each stage of the process.
1. 50% deposit
Once you are happy to proceed with your kitchen order, a 50% deposit secures your production and shipping slot. Importantly, you don’t need everything decided at deposit stage.
Unlike many kitchen companies, we don’t price cabinets by width, height, or depth. A 300mm cabinet is priced the same as a 600mm cabinet. This means you can refine your layout and dimensions after paying your deposit, without cost changes purely due to cabinet sizing.*
Your deposit secures your place in our production schedule, not your final decisions.
*Please note that changes to specifications such as internal fittings or selected products, may affect final cost.
2. Design Refinement
Once your deposit is paid, your production and shipping slot is reserved for you.**
Your designer then works with you to refine your design and technical details. Design development can continue during this stage, giving you time to make the right decisions, provided agreed deadlines are met.
** Please note that production slots and shipping schedules are secured by keeping to agreed decision deadlines.
3. Pre-manufacture confirmation, final sign off
Before we release your kitchen to production, every detail is confirmed and signed off.
Nothing is manufactured until you are completely satisfied.
4. PRODUCTION, REFERENCE PHOTOS & BALANCE PAYMENT
As your kitchen moves through production, reference photographs are taken prior to wrapping and container loading. Once manufacturing is complete and your kitchen is ready to leave our workshop, the final balance becomes due prior to shipping. This is requested once we receive confirmation of your container booking and tracking details, and before the shipment departs from port in Vietnam.
5. Delivery
Delivery arrangements depend on whether your kitchen is supplied as a “We Install” or “Self Install” project.
For “We Install” projects, we take responsibility for delivering the completed kitchen order to site on an agreed date prior to our installation team arriving.
For “Self Install” projects, clients arrange collection from our warehouse once the shipment is ready. At collection, all cabinetry is unpacked and inspected with the client before being passed over for loading. Responsibility for loading, transport and onward handling then rests with the client.
