How Our Process Works
Timeless Craftsmanship, Built to Last
Why you don’t need everything decided at deposit stage
Unlike many kitchen companies, we don’t price cabinets by width, height, or depth.
A 300mm cabinet is priced the same as a 600mm cabinet. This means you can refine your layout and dimensions after paying your deposit, without cost changes purely due to cabinet sizing.*
Your deposit secures your place, not your final decisions
Once your deposit is paid, your production and shipping slot is reserved for you.**
Your designer then works with you to refine the design and technical details. Design development can continue during this stage, giving you time to make the right decisions, provided agreed deadlines are met.
When decisions need to be final
Before we prepare the production pack and release it to the workshop, you’ll confirm all final choices, including:
- Appliances
- Sink and tap
- Cabinet colour / finish
- Worktop specification
Your kitchen is only manufactured once you’ve signed off every detail.
