Shaker Wholesale £5,500 Kitchen Cabinet Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
– Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
– Employees of Shaker Wholesale Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
– Entrants must have a genuine personal Instagram account. Business or giveaway accounts are not eligible.
Entry Requirements:
– Participants must follow @shakerwholesale, like the giveaway post, tag at least one friend in the comments, and save the post to enter.
– Each additional tag counts as an extra entry.
– Bonus entries are granted if participants share the post to their story and tag @shakerwholesale.
Giveaway Period:
– The giveaway ends on April 30th 2025 at 10 PM GMT.
– Entries submitted after the deadline will not be counted.
Winner Selection & Announcement:
– The winner will be chosen at random using an impartial method and announced on May 1st 2025 via our official Instagram account (@shakerwholesale).
– The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or another winner may be selected.
– This giveaway is not influenced by Shaker Wholesale Ltd.
Prize Details:
– The winner will receive a £5,500 gift card to spend at the Shaker Wholesale Ltd Cirencester showroom or online at www.shakerwholesale.co.uk.
– The gift card can be used towards Shaker Wholesale Ltd kitchen cabinetry only.
– Appliances and worktops cannot be purchased with prize money.
– The gift card must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.
– It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
– The gift card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, sales, or discounts.
Collection & Fitting of Your Prize:
– It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange collection of cabinetry from our warehouse.
– The prize does not include installation or fitting of cabinetry.
– Once the cabinetry has left our premises, Shaker Wholesale Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.
Fraud & Disqualification:
– Entries suspected of being spam, fake, or violating Instagram’s guidelines will be disqualified.
– Entries must comply with the UK CAP Code (Committee of Advertising Practice). Shaker Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to void any entries that violate these regulations.
– Shaker Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms.
Privacy & Consent:
– By entering, participants agree to their Instagram username being publicly announced if they win.
– Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
– This giveaway is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
General Conditions:
– Shaker Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
– Any disputes related to the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
